Josh the manager is nice, personable, and very helpful. It was close to 100 degrees when we were moving stuff in, and he offered us cold water. Thanks for your help and hospitality!
These guys are just wonderful. The property manager (Josh) has always done everything possible to accommodate me. He has been very kind, considerate and most importantly professional. I was recommend this facility to anyone looking to store a vehicle or just personal belongings. They are safe, secure and very conveniently located right off the expressway into town. Their prices are in my opinion very affordable for what you get in the way of rental space. I hope they stick around for a very long time. ;-) :-)
Tried to reserve online and when I showed up in person there was nobody in the office and it was closed during posted business hours (no note on the door why). Someone else had been there earlier and put a note on the door about the same issue. I emailed them to cancel my reservation and instead of "we were closed for the holiday" I got a rude email from the manager Tom. I've uploaded the email as a photo to this review showing him speak poorly about another customer and be rude about a simple misunderstanding. Very poor people skills.
I've had this unit for about 8 years total, when they were called Lockerroom. Last year my unit and a few others INSIDE the supposed secure building were vandalized. Priceless items were stolen, and I never heard back from the police or site management as to who, why, how, or any leads. To top it off, my rent was just raised by $20 without agreement or notification. Never was I given a consolation for my losses. But they sure send out a late fee email the day AFTER your rent is due. LRSS always sent it before the due date. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!!!!
Vacated the unit 5 days into the month and they refuse to refund rest of month, they also don't return phone calls when you leave a message. I opened my storage after it being locked up for two months and all my belongings in the front 8 feet of my unit were covered with leaves, dirt and hundreds of stink bugs. This is the worst storage experience I have ever had and would not recommend this location. It is also not a secured location as they say, the right gate is left open 24/7
