They sold us a camper in June of 2017. We went camping 3 times, we had our camper for 3 weeks! And we had leaks coming from walls and also from our slide. We literally had a page full of stuff wrong with our camper. So they told us to bring it there(we live 4 hours away). So we traveled back to campers inn on JULY 21st. It is now DECEMBER 6th and we literally still don’t have our camper. In the beginning of October they said our camper was all finished, we drove the 4 hour trip to get our camper and what do you know our camper was literally still not finished. Campers inn thinks they are a great company because they gave us 200 dollars in store credit and 200 for fuel mileage. While we have spent 2000 dollars in payments, insurance, and gas going back and forth. What a joke these people are. Oh they said they would winterize the camper but we will see. I am ashamed to even give these people a 1 Star, THEY DO NOT DESERVE THAT! And the we care, they don’t help one bit. Campers inn was not willing to work with us to make us happy so we will make sure everyone knows how horrible this place is!!

Warranty department really works for the customer... Part department is tops... Service department needs work(they are very busy) Sales people are good at listening to your needs and knowledgeable in the units that they sell...

My unit had been washed and waxed, and the staff did a great job on the exterior- unfortunately they had not de-winterized the unit, so I was flushing out the antifreeze during my testing phase (in June) and had to sanitize it when I got home. My unit has otherwise been a good trailer so far.

I won't be using them anymore, nor can I recommend this dealer after the treatment we received.

I should have taken notice to all of the one star reviews for Campers INN RV of Philadelphia. I chose them because they had the Jay Feather model I wanted in their inventory. Overall I am happy with the camper which I purchased in the median price range for the make, model, and year. I was not at all satisfied with the overall knowledge and professionalism of the staff, and came away feeling that my business was not appreciated. We were told during our walk through that the black and grey water tanks were winterized, full, and tested. Additionally they would be emptied after our walk through. We waited a little over an hour after our walk through before I asked how much longer it would be and was told it's finished it's ready to go when you are. When I got home I noticed that the tanks were not drained. Annoyed, but still not upset because I was told they were winterized it should be just water and antifreeze, which was my experience in draining the grey water. Unfortunately, that was not the case with the black water, there was no sign of pink antifreeze but there was urine and feces that drained on to my lawn. So I can't be sure that the unit was winterized and if so who at the dealership felt it okay to use a bathroom in a camper that is for sale.

I would recommend this dealer for their sales staff and their repair staff. They got me set up in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner, and I have been happy with my trailer so far. Just be intimately knowledgeable about your hitch setup so you don't have to unnecessarily buy a new one like I did.

I paid cash and was given a temporary registration and tags, after the title came in the mail, I went to title and register it in New Jersey but was not able to because title was not signed everywhere it should have been by Campers Inn. I live a little over an hour from the dealership and was told I had to bring the document in to be signed. They would not pay for FedEx and I was planning our next trip in less than a week.

Bought 2017 PUMA travel trailer !!! Total newbies campers inn made it the best experience ever. Professional. Customer friendly. They went above and beyond for us! Recommended them to my boss and friends! Thanks Andy. Randy. Tim. And forgive me for all the names I forgot but who were as impactful. Awesome place and people. Thanks!

I purchased a trailer from this location and brought my own hitch with me. Because my hitch was a different brand than what they were familiar with, they were unable to figure out how to attach my sway control bars to the frame and told me I needed a new hitch because my mounting bars would not fit the frame of my new unit. Being nearly 500 miles from home, I had no choice but to buy a new hitch. The new hitch is a very good hitch and they gave me a decent price. They also did an excellent job setting the new hitch up correctly, but when i got home and looked at my old one further, the sway control bars fit just fine- all they needed was a slightly longer bolt. So I bought a new hitch unnecessarily. I am disappointed in myself for not catching it there, as I was able to resell my old hitch, but would rather have not purchased a new one- I just lost some money in the swap.

Great Sales staff, very helpful and courteous shop staff who get things corrected. Parts people are friendly but not particularly knowledgeable.

Do not buy a camper from these crooked people!

The staff did an excellent job of correcting deficient items on the trailer before I left, and followed through on some additional promised items. Kudos there for following up on their promises.
