I purchased a vehicle here on 12/10/17 after my boss, John DiNenna purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Even though there’s was some issues, I happen to see a vehicle I really liked because it was orange.
I had the worst experience at this dealership. I bought a used vehicle about a year ago. I have had nothing but problems. When I first bought it, something was wrong with it that night. I took it back and the had it for over a week. And it wasn’t until I call to ask that they told me my truck was ready. The sales department is a scam. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. I wrote an email to the general manager about 4 of 5 months ago. I still haven’t received a response. Please stay away from this dealership.
Stay far away from this place. I have two free oil changes and the only reason I will take vehicle here for the free oil changes is we are in the repair business and I can make sure they don’t touch or mess with my car!!
Let’s just say I had a trade in vehicle. I was suppose to get $13,000 for my used vehicle and only received $12,100. Read the paper work people. Do not trust this dealership. Fiancé is the WORST. Jason is so unprofessional I cannot wait to also see him to tell him that the company I work for “wasn’t wrong” and Peruzzi owes our company $500!!!!!
I'm about to purchase my fourth Tundra from this dealership. All of my service experiences have been positive and the salesmen I have dealt with directly have been upfront and honest. I'm not overly fond of the people I have encountered in finance, but they're about money so that's to be expected.
Interesting to say the least with a positive outcome. John S was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend. He was not your typical pushy in your face salesman. He was respectful, understanding and professional. Having been to Thompson multiple times I can say that the Peruzzi experience was much better. Keep in mind that each experience can be different based on expectations so I take everything with a grain of salt. I understand the salesman needs to make a living but the hardworking everyday joy does not want to be ripped off. As long as both parties keep this in mind the experience should be positive. As always, buyer beware and BE PREPARED!!!
It all started with a quote request from toyota directly. I had been looking for a van for about 3 months and was going back and forth with 3 dealerships before ending up here. It was an absolute pleasure from day one! The quote was instant and was by far the best price I seen. Called the dealership to get some details and was put in contact with Greg. He was super informative and had answered all my questions to the point I knew the sienna was a no brainer for me. The finance guy was also just as fantastic. He even discussed how to deal with my old extended warranty which was just a added value to my over all experience. Looking forward to maintaining my relationship with this dealership for a good long time.****UPDATE**** everything is great until the first time you actually need help. After that they are completely worthless and no help whatsoever. Trying to sell me a tire on a van with 2100 miles saying pot hole damage. How about the warranty on the tires themselves. Save your time and go elsewhere.
