I used to bring one of my children there for workouts. What if my child became ill while in their care? Would they blow it off? Do they have the required PA Childline background checks? One of my kids has asthma and we need to leave them in the care of sensible coaches that don't play games with health issues. The trainers here work the kids hard - what if they go too far? I do not recommend this place because of their odd behavior in this incident and after the incident they lied about it and tried to demean me for calling 911 for a friend THAT ASKED ME TO. I would not trust them with my child or with my health. In my opinion they are unprofessional and unethical.

I brought a friend with me to one of my workout classes for a trial workout class. Unfortunately, my friend became very ill during the workout and eventually asked for an ambulance. The trainer said not to call one and said for us to leave and that my friend would be fine and kept trying to push us out the door while my friend was getting more and more sick. My friend was having trouble breathing and kept asking me to call for help and was getting worse and not better, so I called 911 for my friend. When I asked them for the address for the ambulance they would not give me the correct address to tell 911, causing a delay in emergency response and unnecessary distress. I was also trying to care for my friend and dial 911 and they would not help me. After the incident, they told me not to come back because, they said, I am not to interfere with their orders as a trainer and the orders were to not call an ambulance because the trainer knew what was going on. Does she think she is a doctor? My friend's doctors in the ER did not know what was going on and stated that my friend needed medical treatment AND neither me nor my friend ever blamed them for her feeling ill. So we are baffled at their paranoia and lack of ethics. I do not see any certifications in the business so I am guessing they are not certified trainers. We were not asked to sign a waiver. I also wonder if they are insured properly?
