I go here for kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitzu every week. Great place to train and learn almost any kind of Martial Art you can think of, with great coaches to teach each one! My sister, my dad, and I all do BJJ and think it is great for self-defense and discipline. This place is so great even people from a few hours away come everyday. Our family is extremely lucky to only live about 10 minutes away! Great place, I recommend it for all ages.
Amazing teachers and training partners that make you comfortable to learn and ask questions with No feeling of judgement for being confused. teachers are always watching and trying to help you improve even if u are, like me, always a little confused. I'm thrilled to train here and so is my daughter.
